Lee, who preceded her in death on Aug. 20, 1989...

DEXTER -- Ruth N. Wood, 86, died Feb. 24, 2012, at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter. Born Dec. 24, 1925, at Wardell, to the late Henry and Jennie Caraway Hickerson, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter. She was a former public school educator, working in various school districts, and the former assistant librarian at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar...
