SIKESTON -- A dog which attacked three people in the past two weeks was killed Sunday by a Sikeston Department of Public Safety officer. On June 13, a White Japanese Akita was seized after biting two people. According to Capt. Jim McMillen, Sikeston DPS public information officer, the dog's owner and a friend were trying to play with the dog when it attacked the friend. ...
