April jail staff 'walk out' did not violate criminal statutes

CHARLESTON, Mo. - No charges will be filed against jail personnel who walked off their jobs in April. However, according to the sheriff, they shouldn't expect their jobs back. Mississippi County Prosecuting Attorney Darren Cann released a statement that the Missouri Highway Patrol's Division of Drug and Crime Control has completed its investigation of the "walk out" occurring on April 8.
