Sikeston man arrested on felony tampering charges

MINER, Mo. -- A Sikeston man faces felony charges after allegedly stealing a truck, tractor and trailer in Scott County. Brian Dean Lynch is charged with first degree tampering, possession of burglary tools and other drug-related charges.
