SIKESTON — Wilma Parker, 75, died March 15, 2019, at her home in Sikeston. Born Dec. 4, 1943, in Bertrand, she was the daughter of the late James and Elsie Clapp Green. She married Bill Western in Sikeston,and he preceded her in death.
