Scott County still among top counties in vaccines given

While Missouri continues to increase the number of COVID-19 vaccines, Scott County remains one of the top-10 counties in the state for percentage of residents who have received the vaccine. NEW MADRID, Mo. - There was some good news in 2020. New Madrid County’s budget ended the year in the black and with a boost in its reserves. A year ago, the County Commission forecast a general revenues deficit of $550,000.
