SIKESTON — Earl Theron Perkins, age 67, passed away on July 19, 2021, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was born on May 6, 1954, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to the late Earl Loren and Mae Eaton Perkins. On Sept. 9, 1987, in Poplar Bluff, he married Katherine “Kathy” Swift Perkins, who survives of the home in Sikeston.

Chaffee receives grant for food
