CHARLESTON, Mo. — Virginia Ellen Carr Lynch, 88, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021, at her home in Charleston. Born July 2, 1933, at Charleston, to the late Leo S. Carr and Maude Perkins Carr, she was a graduate of St. Henry Catholic High School. For over 42 years, she was employed with the Brown Shoe Company in Charleston until her retirement. She was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in Charleston.
