Speakout
(Opinion ~ 01/19/22)
I just want to talk to all the people in the State of Missouri and all the people here and our good governor. The federal government just issued $1 billion for extra food stamp benefits but our governor of Missouri thinks that the poor and the middle class does not deserve any more help. I was just in a store the other day and I seen two teachers using a food stamp card. It ain’t just the poor, it ain’t just the people that everybody thinks is lazy. Teachers, and I know they’re teachers. That’s the State of Missouri governor for you. He stopped the state emergency so he can stop all this. That’s Republican for you. Keep voting for them, but Biden and the federal government just issued $1 billion. All the other states getting extra help but Missouri, oh no. Look at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Mercy Hospital. Up in Kansas City they’re probably having the same issue. Our good governor. He thinks we don’t need it. Five dollars for a pound of hamburger meat. Of course he got a big bank account. He can go speak for 30 minutes and make what I draw each month.
