UPDATE: Missing East Prairie teen safely located

**As of 2:39 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, the missing teen has been safely located, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. — The East Prairie Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing teenager. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, missing is Zoey Lipe, a 13-year-old female who is 4 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 80 pounds. She has red hair, brown eyes and was wearing a red Aeropostale brand hoodie. The incident occurred at 6 a.m. Friday when Zoey went outside the residence and never returned home...

Officers received the call at about 11 a.m. with smoke showing from the residence when they arrived on scene.
