This is not liberal. This is a conservative evaluation for what will enhance our community’s reputation for child care and success-in-school-readiness. Provide paid family leave and free Pre-K for age 3 and up with licensed teachers and age-appropriate curriculum. I think everyone realizes we can’t do this all at once, but we need to plan for it.
