Missouri's primary isn't really needed

The Missouri Legislature may be on the verge of eliminating Missouri's Presidential Primary scheduled for next February. I think that's a grand idea for a number of reasons including the fact that less than one in five Missourians take the time to vote in a primary and it will cost the state about $4 million. Those are two potent reasons in my book.
