Oran girls win

ORAN -- The Oran Lady Eagles outscored Puxico 20-8 in the fourth quarter to seal a 64-46 win on Thursday.

"Coming off a tough double-overtime loss to Delta, we had a little letdown early but they picked it up," said Delta coach Larry Boshell. "We're coming on, getting better every game and that's what we harp on."

Erica Michelsen led Oran with 20 while Amanda Eftink, Wendy Eftink and Tiffany Glastetter added 12, 11 and 10, respectively.

Sarah Woodgeard had a game-high 34 for Puxico.

Oran (4-6) visits Chaffee on Monday.
