CHARLESTON -- Lenora Irene Bailey, 70, died at 1:30 a.m. March 16, 2003, at her residence.
Born Dec. 30, 1932, in Charleston, daughter of the late Paul A. and Evelyn Barnhill Millner, she had lived most of her life in Charleston where she had worked with Brown Shoe Company and Flag Stop Gas Station and co-owned Bailey's Package in Wyatt until her retirement. She was a member of the Wyatt Baptist Church.
Survivors include: six sons, Michael D. Pullen and Timothy L. New of Charleston, Paul F. Bailey of Linden, Mich., Stephen H. Bailey of Dogwood, Terry L. New of Pevely and Larry D. New of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one daughter, Talicha Stephens of Wyatt; three brothers Charles William Millner of Pear Blossom, Calif., Ernie P. Millner of Welton, Ariz., and Danny Millner of Roll, Ariz.; five sisters, Barbara Shelley of Brawley, Calif., Paulette Cannon of Yuma, Ariz., Janice Delton of Spring Valley, Calif.; Phylis Divellbist of Welton and Gwen Dobson of Tacna, Ariz.; and 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Dean Wallace, pastor of the Wyatt Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
Pallbearers will be her sons: Michael D. Pullen, Paul F. Bailey, Stephen H. Bailey, Timothy L. New, Terry L. New and Larry D. New.
