The Sikeston American Legion Cotton Carnival opened Tuesday night at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo Grounds. Today the carnival opens at 5 p.m. and with a ride special of every ride is one coupon less. Also the Little Mr. and Miss Cotton Carnival contest will start at 7:30 p.m.
