Call 471-6636

I would like to congratulate a couple out on Highway 114 and BB who are the friendliest people we have ever met. My friends and I go out there and get produce from them. They are friendly and courteous and we would like to thank them for sharing their garden with the community and want to say how much they mean to us. It is great to have them and to have great produce in Sikeston.

I read the July 27 rebuttal to the comment about why doesn't Bush bring the boys back home instead of letting them get killed all the time. Some people think Bush is doing a fine job, saying, "Keep on what you're doing." If they had sons over there, they wouldn't think he was doing such a fine job. Here's somebody who loves Bush. I hope you finish getting your head full of Bush before he's finished.

Why doesn't Charter Cable have other movies. They show the same thing 100 times a month. Why can't they get movies updated? You can rent a video for $3, and Charter charges $4.

The best way to get an answer to your questions is to call Charter, since it is your cable service provider. The number is (800) 455-0244.

If anybody has a Yorkshire Terrier for sale, call us at 472-2458.

Check the classified ads. Yorkies are listed fairly often.

Why can't the police in Parma catch the dope dealers and users in Parma? I see it being bought and sold every day in front of my home in Parma.

Have you contacted the local police or the sheriff's department with your information?

I have a suggestion for SEMO's mascot. Make them the "Gumbies." It's a sponge-like, spineless creature that always leans left.

I want to compliment Lance Hanlin's story on Ziegenhorn and the '53 Bulldogs. I really enjoyed the article.
