SIKESTON - Malone Theatre, April 19-30, "Tonight and Every Night" with Rita Hayworth and Lee Bowman. Rex Theatre, double feature, "Pistol Packin' Mama" with Ruth Terry and Bob Livingston plus "Meet Miss Bobby Socks" with Lynn Merrick and Bob Crosby.

SIKESTON - The Sikeston Educational Foundation will hold its annual breakfast meeting tomorrow morning at the Rustic Rock for election of directors and officers. A report will be given by President David Blanton.

LILBOURN - The Lilbourn City Council at its regular monthly meeting Monday voted unanimously to place the city on daylight savings time, beginning at 2 a.m. Sunday, April 25. The Charleston City Council also voted unanimously to adopt daylight savings time at their recent meeting.

SIKESTON - The tuition rate for students outside of the district was set during Thursday's meeting of the Scott County R-4 Board of Education. Tuition for out-of-district students for the 1985-86 school year will be $1,750.

CHARLESTON - Book lovers will be delighted by the books available at ridiculously low prices at the upcoming Dogwood-Azalea Festival Book Fair in Charleston. Dixie Rolwing, a staff member at the library, and others have spent the past two weeks categorizing the books by subjects that will fill shelves, tables and boxes.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Individual and team winners in the annual Math Field Day competition were announced by the University's Department of Mathematics. From Sikeston, Lien Hoang, a junior, won first place in algebra II and senior Boyd Field came home a second place winner for exponential and logarithmic functions while Jason Miller won third place in number theory. First place in trigonometry went to the team of Julie Bartholomew, Kim Burk, Art Goodin and Tracy Underwood.
