Lucille Lee
CHAFFEE -- Lucille Lee, 88, died at 10:15 p.m. March 23, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born June 28, 1917, in Rockview, daughter of the late Leonard August Tucker and Lena Caroline Hoefler, she was a homemaker and member of Trinity Gospel Church in Sikeston, where she taught Sunday school for many years.
On Oct. 17, 1937, she married W.P. Lee Jr. who preceded her in death on Dec. 10, 2005.
One daughter, five brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: four daughters, Ann Davis of Sikeston, Fay Riley of Wentzville, Mary Haman Beadles of Waxahachie, Texas, and Martha Suedmeyer of Jackson; two brothers, Leonard Tucker and Adolph Tucker of Chaffee; five sisters, Rella Hahn, Opal Horn and Anna Marie LeGrand of Chaffee, Clara Lux of Chicago and Mary Desemone of St. Louis; and eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services were held at 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Larry Davis and the Rev. Michael Haman officiated.
Burial followed in the Union Park Cemetery at Chaffee.
Pallbearers were: Rick Davis, Ryan Davis, Justin Suedmeyer, Arlon Beadles, Kevin Riley and Todd Riley.
