SIKESTON -- Ashley Linden Thurman and David Randall "Randy" Casey were united in marriage during a May 19, 2007, ceremony at First Church of the Nazarene in Sikeston. The Rev. John Bouldrey officiated.

Parents of the bride are Monte and Janie Thurman of Sikeston, and the bridegroom is the son of David Casey of Charleston and the late Paula Casey. Providing music for the occasion were vocalist Lindsey Wright and musician Debbie Wright.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless ivory Monique Luo gown with beaded lace applique.

Matron of honor was Leslie Lingle of Bertrand. Bridesmaids were Whitney Chasteen of Cape Girardeau and Mary Beth Smith of Columbia.

Flower girls were Holly Hequembourg, daughter of Scott and Manda Hequembourg of Qulin; and Brynn Childers, daughter of Jill Hequembourg of East Prairie.

Rodney Crosier of Sikeston served as best man. Groomsmen were Chris Chapman and Bobby Morgan of Charleston.

Ringbearers were Josh Looney, son of Eric and Amy Looney of St. Louis; and Peyton Morgan, son of Bobby and Crystal Morgan of Charleston.

Candle lighters were Deanna Heurring of St. Louis and Tricia Weckback of Arnold. Ushers were Eric Looney of St. Louis, Scott Hequembourg of Qulin and Ron Hall of Dallas.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Clinton Building in Sikeston, where the meal was catered by Rivers Catering Services of New Madrid.

The new Mr. and Mrs. Casey are making their home in Cape Girardeau.
