WILSON CITY - Rebecca Louise Gant, 82, died Oct. 31, 2006, at her home.

Born Sept. 15, 1924, in Henson, she lived her entire life in Missouri and was a member of the Opportunity Church of God in Christ in Charleston.

On July 5, 1941, she married Benjamin Gant, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include: four sons and one daughter-in-law, Aaron and Carlena Davis of Wilson City, Walter Gant of Cleveland, Benjamin Gant of Ashtabula, Ohio and Thomas Williams of Roswell, Ga.; eight daughters and two sons-in-

law, Peggy and Robert Sloan of Milwaukee, Brenda Gant of Cleveland, Varetta Gant, Arnessa Gant, Tammar Gant, Lori Gant, HyPagia and James Davis and Nichole Gant, all of Wilson City; one brother, Columbus Williams of Ashtabula; and 24 grandchildren; and 52 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-

grandchildren.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Home in Charleston.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Bowden Center in Charleston. Steve Betts will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston.
