BENTON -- Linda Raper has announced the engagement of her daughter, Jennifer Nicole Raper, to Jeffery Lyle Massey, son of Syndi Massey of Benton and Art Massey of Doniphan. Raper is also the daughter of Kevin Raper of Chattanooga, Tenn.

Plans are under way for a September wedding.
