Donald Ritchie

NEW MADRID -- Donald Lee Ritchie, 67, died Nov. 17, 2006, at Cape Girardeau.

Born Sept. 15, 1929, in Clarksville, Ark., he was the son of the late Elbert and Minnie Ritchie.

He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mable Ritchie, and one brother, Junior Ritchie.

Survivors include: five children, Barbara Middleton and Lee Ritchie of Traskwood, Ark., Earnest Ritchie of Milton, Fla., Tony Ritchie of Matthews and Larry Ritchie of St. Augustine, Texas. Through marriage four additional children were united, James Kennedy of Farmington, Bobby Kennedy of Lilbourn, Camilla Byerly of Cape Girardeau and Connie Byerly of Hazel, Ky.; one sister, Pat Eddy of Walker, La.; and 26 grandchildren and 11 great-

grandchildren.

Services were held at 1 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid . The Rev. Norman Ogles officiated.

Burial followed in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.
