This is reference to the story written by Michelle Felter in the Standard Democrat, Sunday, July 2, 2006, regarding the Guardian Angels Council 4311, Knights of Columbus Annual July 4th Picnic at Oran.

We must comment you and Ms. Felter on the excellent coverage provided us on this the 98th anniversary of the Oran Picnic.

Ms. Felter was thorough in her questions and very complete and accurate in her reporting of our answers. I was very impressed by the excellence of her phraseology.

I have been personally involved with the promotion of our Annual Picnic for almost 40 years and consider the product of her efforts in our behalf among the very best.
