SIKESTON -- Leigha and Thomas Knoeppel are the parents of their third child, first son, born at 8:18 p.m. June 29, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Dallin Eric Knoeppel weighed 8 pounds, 2.5 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Mark Chavez and Janet Chavez of Kirksville.

Paternal grandparent is Laura Knoeppel of Morehouse.
