Five arrested following meth ring bust

SIKESTON -- Five Sikeston residents were arrested after a tip led Sikeston Public Safety to a meth lab.

Cleon "Cody" Milton, 34; Alicia McKenzie, 28; Heather Propst, 22; Joshua Propst, 25; and Richard Ring, 34, were charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They were charged Monday on Scott County warrants.
