Commission discusses life insurance policy

CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County commissioners would like to trade a discount for an upgrade.

During the regular County Commission meeting Thursday, County Clerk Junior DeLay advised commissioners of a life insurance proposal for county employees he was recently presented with.
