EP man faces gun, assault charges
CHARLESTON -- An East Prairie man faces charges of assault and armed criminal action in Mississippi County.
Adonis Lamarr Davis, 22, of East Prairie will be arraigned at 9:30 a.m. May 2 before Judge T. Lynn Brown. He is charged with the felonies of first degree assault, first degree domestic assault, first degree endangering the welfare of a child, armed criminal action and felony unlawful use of a weapon, according to Missouri Case.net.
According to the probable cause statement provided by Mississippi County Darren Cann's office, about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers with the East Prairie Police Department responded to an apartment complex on Conn Street in reference to a report of a disturbance involving "shots fired."
