Kylie DeWitt

SIKESTON -- Kylie Danielle DeWitt, 23, died July 8, 2012, near Sikeston of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born June 14, 1989, to Kevin DeWitt of Sikeston and Alyssa Roberts DeWitt, also of Sikeston, she was a 2007 graduate of Kelly High School in Benton and had attended Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by: two sisters and a brother-in-law, Nicole DeWitt of Sikeston and Neka and Cody Robertson of Owensboro, Ky.; and one brother, Derek DeWitt of Sikeston. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Bill and June Roberts of Matthews; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Betty DeWitt of Sikeston; and her paternal great-grandmother, Betty Stallings of Bertrand.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Mary McCord, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating.

Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Cody Robertson, Bill Roberts, Josh Dowling, Austin Roberts, Brandon DeWitt and J.T. Morton.

The Blanchard Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
