BENTON -- Former Kelly High School students will have the opportunity to take a step back in time as a first-ever schoolwide reunion is planned.

Set for 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. May 4 at the Thomas W. Kelly High School gymnasium, the non-alcohol event is for anyone who attended the high school, located off Highway 77 in Scott County, between 1958 and 2012.

Gail Harper Riley of Blodgett, a 1976 KHS graduate who also works at Kelly Elementary, said the event will create an opportunity to reconnect with former classmates and tour the school.

Riley said it was last September when the concept for the schoolwide reunion began to surface.
