Andi Rowe, a first grade teacher at Lee Hunter Elementary, was busy Tuesday afternoon putting the final touches on her classroom in preparation for Thursday's opening day. Rowe has created a theme encouraging her students to "Dive into Learning" as they begin the 2013-14 school year.
