St. Eustachius School Enters Math Contest

Fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students from St. Eustachius School competed in the Missouri Council of Teachers of Mathematics regional math contest on April 5th at the Malden Elementary School. These students performed quite well.

Emma Smith, 4th grade, was awarded 3rd place in number sense. In the sprint category, Alex Winsor, 4th grade, was awarded 5th place and Megan Maddox, 5th grade, was awarded 2nd place. Molly Staffey was awarded 5th overall in 5th grade. Grace Rone, 6th grade, received an honorable mention award. In the team event, Addie McCrate, Camryn Spence, Molly Staffey, and Grace Rone received 4th place. Molly Staffey is eligible to compete in the state competition in Warrensburg on April 26th.
