Elmer Delisle Latham

Elmer Delisle Latham was born September 10, 1943 in Wardell to Elmer Andrew Latham and Pauline Waddell Latham. He died Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, AR. He was 71 years old.

Elmer was a retired truck driver, trader and horse shoer. His wife, June Latham, survives of the home.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Elmer Andrew and Pauline Waddell Latham.

Those who survive to cherish Elmer's memory include his wife, June Darleen Shirley Latham of Blytheville, AR; four daughters, Tammy (Bryan) Ostmann of St. Charles, MO, Jennifer (Zack) Bryan of Winfield, MO, Angie Latham of Bartersville, OK, and Jennifer Latham of Blytheville, AR; two step-daughters, Dawn Bowling and Nola Wood, both of Waynesville, MO; three sons, Rick (Judy) Latham and Mick (Sue) Latham, both of Winfield, MO, and Christopher Latham of Blytheville, AR; one step-son, John Wood of Waynesville, MO; three sisters, Billie Wallace and Bobbie Vaughn, both of Blytheville, AR, and Wanda Young of Marion, AR; one brother, LaFonce Latham of Burdette, AR; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

A visitation and funeral were held in Blytheville, AR on Thursday, March 12 and Friday, March 13 at Wilson Funeral Home. Another visitation and funeral were held in Winfield, MO on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14 at the Calvary Assembly of God. Officiating ministers were Bro. Jerry Shirley, Bro. Robert Duhon and Bro. Alva Shirley.

Elmer's final resting place is in Whispering Winds Cemetery in Winfield, MO.
