Lowe's to the rescue

I would like to thank the customer and employees of Lowe's. On Sunday afternoon, May 3rd, in the live plant department, I had a health issue and I did not know the people's names that helped me but thank you and God bless.

A talk with Mary Jane

Because alcohol is legal, marijuana should be legal. Marijuana is not nearly as bad as alcohol when it comes to being drunk and stuff like that. You have a lot more control on marijuana than you do drinking and driving while drunk on alcohol.

Here kitty, kitty

Cats, cats and more cats. Is Sikeston going to the dogs?

From all your calls, it sounds like it's going more to the cats.

Pay it forward

I went through the drive-in at an establishment. I ordered just a small purchase. The person in front of me had paid for it. I told the person at the drive-thru there are still kind people in the world and it doesn't take much to have a small act of random kindness. I just feel like if people would do that for others, you would lift the burden off their shoulders. That's why Jesus died on the cross for our sins. We are not perfect, but he is. If we would just reach out to him everyday, instead of looking for the bad in others but look for the good, the world would be a much better place. I do believe in the Golden Rule. I think this will be one of the best gifts anyone could ever do for anyone, just do something for someone else. Have a good day.

You aren't disabled

This is to the man on Euclid Street. You are on Disability, sir. You have been out shoveling snow, raking yards, doing things for cash money. You are not disabled sir. As a taxpayer of the United States of America, I demand you get off of Disability.

Time to hit the trail

Greedy, but lazy. I'm calling about the landlord in Miner. He recently raised the lot rent from $140 to $160. I think that's ridiculous. He's too lazy to get off his butt, when there's ice and snow in the winter, to do anything about the roads. I think we should all pack up and get out.
