Malden woman requests change of judge in murder trial

KENNETT (SMNS) -- A Malden woman charged in the death of her child made another appearance in court Wednesday and requested a change of judge. The attorney for Tina Burton, Mary Patricia Tucka, is requesting Judge Stephen Sharp. Wednesday she appeared before Circuit Judge Robert Mayer.
