EAST PRAIRIE -- Billy Kent Heil, 62, died Nov. 28, 2015, at the St. Louis University Hospital.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Saturday at the East Prairie Funeral Chapel located at 913 W. Washington, Highway 80.

Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery.
