Teen sentenced for making threats against high school
KENNETT, Mo. - A 17-year-old charged with making a terroristic threat was sentenced in Dunklin County Circuit Court.
Deonte Stracener was sentenced by Circuit Judge John Mayer Tuesday to four years in the Department of Corrections. Stracener will serve 120 days of shock incarceration in DOC then be placed on probation.
He was accused of making threats against Kennett High School in October over social media. He pled guilty to the charge in November.
