Ditches need attention

I'm calling in regards to the SpeakOut article, "Rising up and digging down." I don't totally agree with the caller on some of the stuff about the City getting things done, but I do agree with the caller about some of the ditches here in town. The ditch over on Second Street and Smith Street is absolutely horrible. Trees are barely hanging on by the roots.
