CHARLESTON -- A warrant was issued Friday for a woman suspected of stabbing another with a corkscrew.

Clementine Tate of Wyatt is charged with second degree assault following a report by a Wilson City woman that she was assaulted, according to Mississippi County Sheriff Keith Moore.

The woman reported to Deputy Marc Tragesser that she was driving and stopped as she was approached by Tate. "When she stopped to see what the suspect wanted she was stabbed with a corkscrew in the lower lip," Moore said in a news release.
