Another experiment in social engineering

Beware of Julian Castro.

As Housing Secretary, Castro has become the darling of the far left and the much-rumored vice presidential frontrunner for Hillary Clinton.

In what could be the final nail in the coffin fashioned for America by President Obama, this fall, Castro will launch the most socially disruptive scheme yet devised.

With no Congressional approval, Castro will double the taxpayer-funded Section 8 payments for voucher holders to move to affluent white neighborhoods.

To virtually assure the migration, he will also decrease payments for voucher holders who choose to remain in mostly low-income segregated neighborhoods.

On at least three occasions, similar social engineered housing was tried with dismal results.

But the Obama mission - headed by Castro - will up the ante with more money, free utilities and government-hired "mobility counselors" to assure housing is located in well-to-do white subdivisions.

Remember the name Julian Castro.
