Ralph Triplett

SIKESTON -- Ralph Triplett, 70, died Feb. 6, 2018, at Campbell Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell.

Born Aug. 13, 1947, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Arley and Eulene Triplett, he was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam, and later employed as a supervisor at Noranda Aluminum before retiring.

In Cairo, Ill., he married Sally Sharkey who survives of the home in Sikeston.

Other survivors include: two sons, Shane Triplett of Murray, Ky., and Glen Hagler of Bristow, Va.; one daughter, Ginger Chapin of Taylorsville, Ky.; one sister, Arlene Hessling of Dexter; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Friday at Ponder Funeral Home. Johnny Hester, pastor of Matthews Church of Christ, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield with full military honors.
