CANALOU, Mo. -- Carl Dean Malloy, 75, passed away Jan 7, 2017, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born March 28, 1941, in Appleton, Ark., he was the son of the late Vannie and Myrtle Malloy.
On June 26, 1961, in Canalou, he married Sue Kathryn Jones, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Van and Charla Malloy of New Braunfels, Texas; two brothers, Robert Malloy of Lawton, Okla., and Gene Malloy of Sikeston; three sisters, Ann Moss of Shawnee, Kan., Letta Daniels of Russellville, Ark., and Joyce Waters of Charter Oak; three grandchildren, Ashley and Bradley Malloy of New Braunfels and Michael Cartwright of Matthews; three great-grandchildren, Elijah, Jeramiah and Aiden Malloy of New Braunfels.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathryn Marie Malloy; three brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.
A graveside service will follow at Garden of Memories in Sikeston with Mike Cartwright, pastor of Canalou Assembly of God, officiating.
