SIKESTON -- Anni Lottie Cummins, 82, died March 13, 2017, at her home in Sikeston.

Born April 7, 1934, in Gremersdorf, Germany, to the late Merchant Anton and Erna Meier Neumeyer, she had worked for Webb Dacota Lighting Company in Sikeston before retiring. She was of the Catholic belief and had been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary since 1996.

In 1954 in Wiesbaden, Germany, she married James Thomas Cummins, who preceded her in death on June 15, 2011.

She was also preceded in death by one son, James Thomas Cummins Jr.

Survivors include: three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbi and Larry Myres of Sikeston, Donna and Ronald Williams of Wichita, Kan., and Tammy and Bryan Brooks of Essex; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

There was a graveside committal held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.

Ponder Funeral Home of Sikeston was in charge of arrangements.
