Marilyn Thomason

MARSTON, Mo. -- Marilyn M. Thomason passed away July 8, 2017, at the New Madrid Living Center in New Madrid at the age of 71 years.

She was born Nov. 11, 1945, in Portageville, to the late Lawson and Christine Samples Redden.

She was married to Allan Thomason who survives of the home.

Survivors include: one son, Barry Thomason of Marston; one daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Eric Branum of New Madrid; two sisters, Skyla Ash of Marston and Mary Lou Finley of Greeneville, Tenn.; one brother, Jerry Redden of Kewanee; and three granddaughters, Bailey Branum, Jordan Branum and Jaden Branum.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Wyman Redden.

Services were conducted Wednesday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid with Jason Redden officiating.

Honorary pallbearers were: Keith Redden, Jason Redden, Dustin Redden, Shawn Redden and Clay Finley.
