SIKESTON -- Gloria Ann Binford, 79, passed away Jan. 7, 2018, at Delta South Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sikeston.

Born April 1, 1938, in Marie, Ark., daughter of the late Samuel and Emma Tolbert Clay, she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, where she was a member of Circle 3 U.M.W. She was a member of Eastern Star in Sikeston and Morehouse.

On Nov. 11, 1955, in Sikeston, she married Gene Binford, who preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1992.

Survivors include: one daughter, Vicky Gordon of Sikeston; one granddaughter, Allee Gordon of Sikeston; one sister, Jean McKinney of Freeport, Fla.; five nephews, Rick Kesler, Randy Clay, Bill Kesler, Mark Clay, Terry Clay; two nieces Sandy Caudill and Alyson Furon; and two sisters-in-law.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Vicki Binford; and two brothers, Bobby Clay and Jimmy "Bo" Clay.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jennifer Moxley, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, and the Rev. Lois McRill of First United Methodist Church in Bertrand officiating.

Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be: Shane Kesler, Terry Gordon, Daniel Craft, Jacob Gordon, Kenneth Bell, Terry Clay and Randy Clay.
