Homeless people running around

Yes, I would like to place an ad in Speakout about the DAEOC Homeless Shelter in Sikeston, Mo. They are having people staying there that are homeless and they are out running the streets at all hours of the night, going down to Break Time, Dexter Barbecue and Sonic in the wee hours of the morning looking for change and stuff around the business, and cigarette butts. It’s disgusting.
