Students at Matthews Elementary School in Matthews who miss "zero" days during MAP and Benchmark testing are honored weekly. In recognition of their efforts the winning student receives a board game. They include (left photo) second grader Violet Daniels and kindergarten student Eli Waltrip who missed "zero" days. (Center photo) Kaydence DeVeau chose a Rubik's cube, and Brennan Avery, who chose the game Sorry! (Right photo) Brooklyn Wright and Brendan Ivie have missed "zero" Days during MAP and Benchmark testing at Matthews Elementary School. This program will continue through the end of the year.
