Award-winning essay

Richland sixth grader Elizabeth Arnold entered an essay contest entitled "The Sky is the Limit" hosted by Representatives Tila Hubrecht and Holly Rehder. Arnold placed first in the contest and as a result, she and her parents will get to spend a day in Jefferson City at the Capitol shadowing Hubrecht. This was the first year for the contest. Hubrecht shared that the reasoning behind this contest was to encourage students to dream big and to set goals.
