Robert Crosier Sr.
SIKESTON — Robert E. Crosier "Cool Pop" Sr., 79, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Miner Nursing Center.
Born Feb. 12, 1939, in Charleston, son of the late Raymond and Ruby Smith Crosier, he attended Miner Baptist Church and had been a produce manager for Barkett's Big Star, Food Giant and retired from Crosier Grocery in Charleston.
On Oct. 21, 1961, at the First Baptist Church in Charleston, he married Betty Jane Lewis Crosier, who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert Edward and Kristi Crosier of Sikeston; one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri Kay and Pete Glaus of Sikeston; one brother, Larry Crosier of Arizona; one sister, Ellen Crosier of Illinois; three grandchildren and their spouses, Paul Daniel Glaus III and Jacqueline of Sikeston, Tori Wallace and Devin Wallace of Oran, Kramer Crosier of Sikeston; and two great-grandchildren, Luke Glaus and Gunner Wallace.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time for memorial services at 6 p.m. Thursday at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Mitchell Jackson, pastor of Miner Baptist Church, will officiate.
