Missouri Delta Home Health achieves HomeCare Elite status

SIKESTON — Missouri Delta Home Health once again achieved HomeCare Elite status in 2018 — a recognition of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States.

Missouri Delta Home Health ranks among the top home health agencies in quality of care, process measure implementation and performance. Only 25 percent of all agencies make this elite national list each year, and Missouri Delta Home Health has made the list for eight years.

The ranking is developed by Ability Network, an information technology company helping providers and payers simplify the administrative and clinical complexities of health care. Winners are ranked by an an analysis of publicly available performance measures in quality outcomes, best practice (process measure) implementation, patient experience, quality improvement and consistency and financial performance.

In order to be considered, an agency must be Medicare-certified and have data for at least one outcome in Home Health Compare.
