WILSON CITY, Mo. — Dorothy Jean Moore, 70, died May 30, 2019, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born March 11, 1949, in Charleston, daughter of the late Albert and Martha Hopkins Clark, she received her General Equivalency Diploma in 1968 in Charleston and had been employed at the Bertrand Nursing Home in Bertrand.

Her husband, Robert Moore, preceded her in death on Jan. 10, 2014.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death, one son, Kenneth Lavell Clark; and one sister, Rosie Sistrunk.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Zennifer Moore of Richmond, Va., and Robert and Sharetha Moore Jr. of Charleston; one daughter and son-in-law, Pomonica and Kenneth Tarver of Milwaukee; four brothers, James Clark of Kalamazoo, Mich., Jimmy Clark of Lansing, Mich., Eddie Clark of Sandusky, Ill., and David Clark of Wilson City; one sister, Anna Reed of Wilson City; and 21 grandchildren and over 30 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Saturday at House of Prayer World Outreach Center in Charleston with Kenneth Tarver, apostle, officiating.

Williams Funeral Home of Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
